When servicing your appliance we will be assessing its performance to ensure safe and correct operation, any potential problems which might lead to future damage or danger, and its correct and legal installation.

We will check and clean with a vacuum cleaner

- The flue, where accessible

- The heat exchanger externally

- The burner

- The pilot if it has one

- Any dust filters

- General area

- Fan if it has one

We will check and adjust if necessary.

- Burner gas pressure.

This is important as an incorrect flame could cause damage leading to an escape of fumes or sooting which can cause an escape by blockage.

- Working gas pressure.

This ensures the correct gas supply size and correct outlet pressure at the meter. Incorrect meter outlet pressure can cause flame failure at another appliance resulting in an escape of gas. Serious appliance malfunction could result from this.

It is recommended that your gas appliances are serviced annually as
it is possible for problems such as those above to occur even when the appliance is in very good condition.

We serve all of Kent and many other parts of the South east. When working within the Medway towns, Maidstone and surrounding areas we currently charge a standard service charge of £41.76 plus VAT.
